BROS House
BROS HOUSE stands as an energetic renovation of a bel-etage, proudly displaying our craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Our objective was to fashion a home that seamlessly combined forward-thinking design and our preferences, all while upholding the highest standards in design and material quality. The outcome is an interior transformation that effortlessly merges the timeless elegance of traditional architecture with the contemporary functionality of modern design.
On the ground floor, we opened up the rear facade to create an expansive kitchen and inviting dining area, offering captivating views of the garden and swimming pond. The former front garage was replaced with a large window, flooding the space with natural light and serving as a dual-purpose home office.

ATTENTION TO DETAILS
Attention to detail is evident throughout the house, with partition walls providing an open atmosphere while maintaining privacy. A variety of finishes and textures enhance each space, including two different PU coating colors on the ground floor and bathroom for a washed appearance. The fishbone oak parquet on the upper levels harmonizes with green zellige tiles in the bathroom and shower.
